Business Model Canvas is an application created to help with building effective business models.

The app is based on the Business Model Canvas, a widely practiced visual template pre-formatted with the nine blocks of a business model: "Customer segments", "Value propositions", "Channels", "Customer relationships", "Revenue streams", "Key resources", "Key activities", "Key partners" and "Cost structure".

Also it is possible to use modified version "Business Model Canvas by James Kalbach", which defines ten blocks: "Participants", "Goals", "Users", "Users Benefits", "Activities", "Deliverables", "Risks", "Milestones", "Constraints" and "Scope". This version opens describes model just in different way, and gives a different perspective of business model.

The app can be linked to your Dropbox account so you can easily backup the model youve created or use it on another device, it can be saved as an image to use in your presentation or be shared via email. With this application you will be able to create unlimited amount of business models.


This application aims to help all entrepreneurs to organize and build their business model using the famous Canvas and allows to add additional information to every segment of model (description, image, spreadsheet, graphic), to unite elements into groups, to use already defined elements, so creating the business model becomes easy, quick and effective.
